The hotel had some positives, including clean rooms with no smoke smell and a functioning fridge. However, there were flies around and issues with cooling in the back room. The price seemed fair for what was offered.

My room was clean and I couldn't detect any smoke smell. The fridge worked well, but there were flies around which was a bit of a nuisance. The cooling in the back room could have been better.

The service was a bit disappointing. I felt like they were not entirely truthful and seemed to purposely avoid addressing some of my concerns. The person who claimed to be the manager didn't inspire much confidence. Issues like dirtiness, broken cupboards and faucets, and even bloody sheets were not addressed properly. Room service and housekeeping also seemed lacking.

The location of the hotel was convenient for my needs. It was perfect for my family and allowed easy access to the beach for the Neptune festival. The proximity to the boardwalk was also a plus.

The hotel is in a great location, near everything and especially close to the boardwalk. The rooms had a slight smell, and it would have been better if they had a range, hair dryer, iron, and a working safe. The AC/heat units in each room worked well. The price was reasonable compared to larger hotels on the boardwalk.
